PATRIZIA UK, the manager of Warrington’s leading business destination, Birchwood Park, has welcomed its newest occupier, Hobs Repro, the UK’s largest independent reprographics company.
The business will occupy 2,000 sq ft of space at Birchwood Park’s business and leisure destination ‘The Centre’, meaning it will be in prime position to take advantage of the various meeting rooms, networking spaces, restaurant and gym at the heart of the park.
Moving from Winwick Quay in Warrington; Hobs Repro brings its Print Centre to the park to provide clients with a catalogue of services, from marketing material, to bid support and CAD drawings, as well as 3D services such as virtual reality and laser scanning.
Commenting on the move, Craig Horwood, managing director at Hobs Group, said: “Birchwood Park is a unique asset to the North West as it brings small and large businesses together, providing them with the network and facilities to achieve ambitious goals. We already have a number of clients on the park that we’ve serviced for many years, many of which have asked us to relocate here, so it made complete sense for us to bring our services to a place that could offer great convenience for all parties.
“We couldn’t be happier with the new office at ‘The Centre’ as it provides the ideal environment for clients to drop in or to work on projects together on-site. Plus, there’s the added bonus of the beautiful landscaped surroundings that make it a pleasure to come to work.”
Martin O’Rourke, commercial director at Birchwood Park, added: “It is our thriving business community that sets us apart from other office locations in the North West, so it is encouraging to hear occupiers recognise this as a driver for new business and valuable contacts.
“I’m confident the range of businesses on the park, from global corporates, to start-ups and SMEs, will give Hobs Repro plenty of opportunity to build on its network of established clients.”
