Cushman & Wakefield has appointed top hotel investment agent Rob Seabrook to lead transactional activity in its EMEA Hotels & Hospitality team.
Seabrook has nearly 30 years’ investment experience and has specialised in hotel investment for the last 17, advising on single assets as well as large portfolios. He will join the firm in Q1 2018 and will play a key role working alongside Jon Hubbard, Head of Hospitality EMEA.
For the last three years Seabrook has led CBRE’s UK hotel investment team, with notable transactions including the sales of the Jupiter Portfolio for £160m, the Regency Hotel at 100 Queensgate, London, for £110m and the Fitzpatrick hotel portfolio in Dublin for €150m.
Prior to that he spent 20 years at JLL, rising to Managing Director – UK & Northern Europe Transactions acting on notable investment deals across the region before joining Savills as Head of Hotel Agency between 2010 and 2014.
