RMW Knight Chartered Surveyors have sold The Firs, Underwood Business Park in Wells to a locally established, international footwear & fashion brand distribution company, ‘Skape’.
The property had been occupied since 2008 as the headquarter building of the locally established, award-winning, online seller or Childrens’ toys and models, ‘Jadlam Racing Models’ who have moved to Glastonbury.
The move was motivated by both companies requiring additional space for their respective expanding operations.
The property is a detached, two storey warehouse, with ancillary office accommodation, with an approximate gross internal area of 5,700 sq ft in a prominent corner plot position, in an established business location, with parking.
Selling price undisclosed but the asking terms were ‘Offers in excess of £500,000.’
