A forward thinking IT firm has relocated to grade A new build premises in Derby following a sale overseen by property consultancy Innes England.
Located at the entrance of Infinity Park, the £1.2 million Neustro House – a 7,500 sq. ft. speculatively built four storey office – has now been sold to Neustro Group consisting of Neustro Consulting and Neuways. Both businesses have been relocated so the teams from Coalville and Burton upon Trent respectively, can work out of the stunning new premises in Derby.
Bradgate Park View, situated at the entrance of Derby’s Infinity Park Way, boasts a remaining 15,000 sq. ft. of available space which can be divided into one or two buildings, offering a unique opportunity for businesses looking to secure new build premises near Infinity Park.

Neustro Group has brought two teams together, with close to 50 staff located at Bradgate Park View, allowing it to offer a personalised, professional IT solutions from one location.
Bradgate Park View is a commercial technology park which is currently being developed by Quarnmill Construction. The scheme has been delivered in two phases, with Neustro House marking the first building to reach completion during the second phase.
