Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have let 58 Anchor Road, Bear Cross, to Mrs Valerie Chennery who will open the retail premises as a second hand shop.
The premise comprise a sales area of 446 sq ft together with a further 103 sq ft ancillary storage and was let by way of a new 3 year law society lease at a commencing rent of £6,500 per annum, exclusive.
