A new sub-lease to Stevenswood Trade Centre Limited has recently completed on the well-established of Brunel Drive Estate in Newark.
Unit 4 Glenholm Park is a 3,767ft² industrial unit and benefits from excellent prominence. The site sits in close proximity to major tenants such as Screwfix and Eurocell and offers an excellent trade location. The deal was agreed by Chris Proctor of FHP acting on behalf of the tenant HSS Hire and Ben Silcock of Lambert Smith Hampton acting on behalf of the sub-tenant Stevenswood.
