An independent Pump Distributor has recorded considerable success in the last 12 months, enabling the company to acquire a second unit at Eastwood Link Business Park, Nottingham.
Castle Pumps Ltd, specialists in the provision of Pumps and allied engineering products to over 70 countries, has seen staff numbers increase by 50% and turnover triple since moving to Eastwood. These successes allowed directors Kevin and Isabel Moore to invest in an additional 2,771 sq ft unit on the Park, which was built by Loughborough-based contractor and developer, William Davis Ltd.
“When we were searching for our first premises, the units at Eastwood were distinctive because of their style and build quality,” explains managing director, Kevin Moore. “All the offices are light, modern and well insulated, which creates a pleasant working environment. In addition the Park’s access to the major road network, including the A610 and M1 motorway, made it an ideal choice for our business.
“After deciding to make the investment in additional office space, it seemed only logical for it to be at Eastwood. Dealing with William Davis on both occasions was very straight-forward, we found them to be genuinely helpful and would not hesitate in recommending them.” Kevin concluded.
Castle Pumps plan to divide the new unit, which brings their total office space on the Park to just over 4500 sq ft, into ‘next step’ offices providing small, established businesses the opportunity to develop and grow in a professional, fully serviced environment.
