Harris Lamb has appointed a Facilities Manager to support a nationwide portfolio as its property management team continues to grow.
Ruth Stanton joins the business from CBRE, where she spent seven years as a regional facilities manager, and has previous experience working with Big Lottery Fund.
With extensive experience in managing a diverse portfolio of properties of varying uses and sizes, overseeing tenant and service provider relationships, managing contractors and health and safety management, Ruth will enhance the 12-strong management team and further develop the business’ service offering.

Ruth has a great deal of experience, managing a range of offices, industrial sites and retail parks of varying sizes, undertaking inspections and ensuring that health and safety guidance is met and that clients are compliant with ever-changing legislation.
