The Bristol office of commercial property consultancy Knight Frank has promoted Nick Thurston from associate to partner in the firm’s Capital Markets team.
Nick joined Knight Frank in 2010, having previously worked in commercial property agencies in Bristol and a development company in London. He moved into the Capital Markets team in 2012.
Steve Oades, who heads the Knight Frank Bristol office, said: “I am pleased to welcome Nick into the Partnership. He has proven to be one of the most active investment agents in the market and has represented our clients in some of the region’s highest-profile deals.”
Nick Thurston said: “I’m delighted to have been promoted to partner and I would like to thank Knight Frank for this recognition. With so much going on in the region it’s a very exciting time to be working in the investment market and I look forward to working with our clients on many more transactions in the near future.”
The Knight Frank investment team in Bristol transacted deals in excess of £150 million in the last year.
Recent Bristol deals include the sale of 66 Queen Square for Aviva Investors, and the sale of Abbeywood Park for LaSalle Investment Management at 5.09% – setting a new prime multi-let industrial yield for the South West.
