Automotive development specialists and manufacturers Paranoid Industries have taken on three further units at a Warwickshire business park as the company rolls out its expansion programme.
Harris Lamb oversaw the lettings on behalf of Avon Capital Estates LLP (ACE).
Sara Elwell, of Harris Lamb’s Agency team, said: “We were instructed to let the three units at the industrial park – 8,11 and 18 respectively – earlier this year after a single occupier vacated the site.
“Knowing the customer facing culture at ACE, we were able to introduce Paranoid to our client; following which a swift deal was agreed that suited both parties.
“With a total floor area of 8,022, the warehouses all benefitted from parking and loading areas, as well as office space, and were located close to the motorway network offering easy access to the rest of the UK.
“Paranoid Industries already occupy unit 2 on the Waterloo Park Industrial Estate and we are delighted to have agreed a five-year lease on all three properties as part of the business’ growth strategy,” she added.
Paranoid Industries specialises in 4×4 services and development, from bespoke overland and expedition preparation, existing vehicle conversions and specific vehicle re-engineering, on-off engineering to meet civilian, industry and utility requirements to dedicated storage systems and the design, manufacture and installation of create-to-order in-vehicle electronic systems.
A guide rent of £5.50 per sq ft was quoted by the agent.
