Leading investment firm Wirefox has completed the purchase of CastleCourt shopping centre for £125 million from Hermes Investment Management.
Wirefox plans significant capital expenditure in the 365,000 sq ft complex, details of which will be released in the near future.
CastleCourt shopping centre is located in the centre of Belfast and is one of Northern Ireland’s largest and most prestigious shopping centres.
Belfast commercial law firm Davidson McDonnell advised Wirefox throughout the acquisition. Grant Thornton NI LLP advised on the financial structure of the deal.

Savills, who acted as acquisition agents, will manage the property and currently act as letting agents alongside CBRE.
