AEW UK, advised by De Souza, has agreed deals with Northrop Grumman, Ickenham Travel Plc (trading as Business Travel Direct) and Kinnarps (UK) Ltd, at its newly refurbished Waterside Court, Langley, Slough.
Waterside Court comprises four self-contained office buildings, totalling 21,000 sq ft, which have been extensively refurbished. The properties are situated on Langley Business Park, only 350 metres from Langley Station, which provides a regular and fast service to London Paddington (29 minutes). Langley will also benefit from enhanced journey times to the West End and the City with the arrival of Crossrail in 2019.
Global security specialist Northrup Gumman has signed a five year lease on Building 3 comprising 3,626 sq ft. Ickenham Travel Plc has taken Building 4 comprising 4,894 sq ft and office furniture and workspace solutions business Kinnarps (UK) Ltd has taken Building 3 comprising 3,871 sq ft.
Charlie Royle of AEW UK comments, “Waterside Court is only a few minutes walk from Langley train station, 1.5 miles from the M4 and 3 miles from the M25. There is just one self-contained refurbished office building remaining comprising 8,920 sq ft at a rent of £19.50 per sq ft.”
