Pret a Manger has opened their first store in the heart of Cheltenham later this week.
Advised by Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP, the rapidly expanding natural food retailer has opened its first store in the town, located on the pedestrianised section of the High Street, opposite the entrance to Regent Arcade. The prime store will provide ground floor trading with future potential to trade at first floor. Total area 4,956 sq ft with ancillary accommodation on the second floor. Nearby retailers include Marks & Spencer, French Connection, Top Shop and River Island.
Pret a Manger has acquired a new 15 year lease at a commencing rental of £200,000 per annum with the benefit of a rent free period directly from the landlords, Aberdeen Asset Management, advised by Green & Partners.
