A riverside retail and office mews development in St Ives is now fully let, confirms Barker Storey Matthews who acts as the managing agent of Manor Mews in the Cambridgeshire market town.
The new tenant of the final suite to let is Xtreme Events who will occupy the 693 sq ft, first floor, self-contained office suite at 12 Manor Mews.
Xtreme Events is an event company offering a wide range of games and activities for corporate events, festivals, birthday parties and private social gatherings and occasions. Its highlight in 2016 was hosting the Barcelona first team for an event in which Lionel Messi and Luiz Suarez participated.
The company operates nationwide – all over the UK – and into Europe and the brand is in discussion about entering into the USA in 2018.
The St Ives office is its second location in East Anglia, adding to its flagship office in Ramsey, Huntingdon.
