Property consultants JLL has appointed Jordan Kenefick and Brett Harrison within its Valuation team in Leeds. Their arrival means JLL’s North East Valuation Advisory team is now 12-strong making it one of the largest valuation practices in the city.
With 11 years’ industry experience Jordan Kenefick joins as a senior surveyor. He has a broad range of commercial valuation experience across a range of sectors including office, industrial, high street retail, student housing and residential development sites. Jordan completed his APC in November 2014 and became a registered valuer in the same year.
Surveyor Brett Harrison has over three years’ experience within professional advisory, built from working at firms based in Leeds and Manchester. He qualified as a chartered surveyor in autumn 2016 and joins from the Leeds office of Colliers International.
JLL’s valuation team provides consultancy and valuation services to a range of clients on commercial assets in Yorkshire and the North East, as well as residential development opportunities. The team is regularly involved in specialised asset management and valuation projects and also works closely with JLL’s valuation teams across the country.
