PATRIZIA UK, the manager of Warrington’s leading business destination, Birchwood Park, has welcomed its newest occupier, Tata Consultancy Services Limited (TCS).
The business will occupy 4,700 sq ft of office space at Chadwick House to house its new North West office, taking full advantage of the excellent transport links to the surrounding region, access to a quality workforce and an established business community in a secure location.
TCS is part of holding company the Tata Group and operates in 46 countries worldwide, providing best-in-class consulting, IT services, technology and digital solutions for businesses.
Commenting on the move, TCS said: “There were a number of factors that made Birchwood Park the right choice to house our new office in the North West, from the connected location and on-site security, to the impressive nuclear presence. Energy and utilities is one of the key industries we work across, so the opportunity to be in such close proximity to some of the UK’s leading nuclear services companies was something we couldn’t pass up.”
At Chadwick House employees will be in strolling distance from Birchwood Park’s business and leisure destination ‘The Centre’, where they will be able to take advantage of the various meeting rooms, networking spaces, restaurant and gym.
TCS continued: “The work/life balance on the park is also something that really stood out when looking around the place. This will play a huge role in keeping our staff motivated and happy, and will also be key to attracting new talent to the business.”
