Chartered insurance broker, Lark (Group) Ltd is the new tenant of a ground floor suite of offices at Bury St Edmunds’ Drinkstone Office Park, confirms commercial property agency Barker Storey Matthews.
Barker Storey Matthews and Hazells were the joint agents acting under the landlord’s instruction to market and let the 4,268 sq ft suite in Ross House which is a modern, two storey ‘pavilion’ style office building on the Park.
Lark (Group) Ltd took a new, 10-year lease on the self-contained office suite at Ross House which is next to the John Banks Honda dealership. Other nearby occupiers are Greene King and Sealey Power Products.
Drinkstone Office Park is on the eastern outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, accessed from Kempson Way which is just off the Junction 44 exit from the A14. This area is one of the town’s premier business locations and is set for expansion from substantial commercial and residential development.
Barker Storey Matthews is currently marketing Beacon House which is a three storey, 6,813 sq ft building to let on the same office park which is available now having recently been vacated. Smaller suites within Beacon House may be available to let subject to negotiation and agreement.
