The Industrial and Distribution team at the Midlands office of leading real estate adviser GVA has bolstered its team with the appointment of Associate, Luke Thacker.
Luke, who joined GVA in 2005 as a graduate in the Restructuring and Recovery business unit, has transferred to the Industrial team as an Associate and will be working on a number of significant industrial schemes, including Fradley Park, Lichfield, and Solihull’s Solar Park.
Luke Thacker said: “Having worked in Restructuring and Recovery, I’ve picked up experience across most real estate markets, so I’ve come into this role with a good background understanding of the industrial sector.
“With increasing demand and diminishing levels of good quality stock, there is potential for the remainder of this year to be exceedingly busy and I’m looking forward to the challenges and opportunities of the industrial market.”
