ADT Fire and Security, the UK’s leading alarm system provider, has become the latest tenant at Three Leeds City Office Park in Leeds city centre.
Leeds-based property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall let the 3,500 sq ft ground floor office to the security business, on a five year lease.
The letting brings the 69,500 sq ft building, which is owned by Canada Life Investments, to full occupancy. Other occupiers include Unilever, Atos, SD Worx, NHS and International Personal Finance.
