Sense Biodection Ltd (Sense) is the newest tenant at 10a Harding Way, St Ives from where it will run its Cambridge development office. This new occupier sees the space fully let, confirms agent Barker Storey Matthews who acted on behalf of Asphaltic Developments in negotiating this final letting.
Established at the Culham Science Centre in Oxford in 2014, Sense is developing user-centred clinical diagnostic test devices in the fields of infection and oncology.
In occupying a 1,990 sq ft first floor office suite at 10a Harding Way, St Ives, Sense shares an address with leading Cambridge company 42 Technology and can take advantage of direct public transport access to Cambridge via the Guided Bus and improving road access via the A14.
