St. Modwen, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, has agreed deals with a trio of new tenants at Kirkby Town Centre.
Liver Print, a workwear, uniform and printing specialist has signed a five-year lease on a 962 sq ft unit on St. Chad’s Parade.
Michael O’Brien, owner of Liver Print, said: “Having been very impressed with the work St. Modwen has carried out since acquiring the Town Centre, I’m delighted to open a new shop in Kirkby.
“I’m very optimistic that the long overdue turnaround of the Town Centre is very much underway and look forward to being part of the development as it gains momentum and moves forward.”
Joining Liver Print in the Town Centre is mobile phone repairs and services store NJ Phone Zone. A three-year lease on 166 sq ft unit has been agreed. Both retailers are now open and trading in the Town Centre.
Also agreeing a three-year lease is Lily Brow Bar. The beauticians, which also has a Manchester branch, will open the 166 sq ft kiosk later this month.
Andrew Day, Property Manager at St. Modwen said: “These three lettings demonstrate the continuing demand for the retail and leisure units within Kirkby Town Centre. Now open and trading, NJ Phone Zone and Liver Print are both welcome additions to the Town Centre and we look forward to Lily Brow Bar opening later this month.”
Cheetham and Mortimer & Colliers International are acting as joint agents on behalf of St. Modwen.
