Salmon Developments has secured a 20,000 sq ft warehouse pre-let to safety equipment supplier Gunnebo at Ashdown Business Park, Maresfield, near Uckfield, East Sussex and has purchased a 1-acre site from estate owners Summerthorne Estates Limited.
Salmon will begin construction of the single-storey property immediately with completion in mid-2018 after Gunnebo signed a 15-year lease paying an annual rent of £177,000 a year. The project will be worth £3.5 million on completion.

Ashdown Business Park is located at the junction of the A272 and the A22 offering excellent links to the south coast and other major Sussex towns.
