Midlands PR and digital firm, WPR Agency, was one of the big winners at the PRCA DARE Awards at Edgbaston Cricket Ground.
The 50 strong Edgbaston-based agency took home three awards, including Large Consultancy of the Year for the third year in a row.
Campaigns for Birmingham-based BHSF and 16-25 Railcard were also recognised, with the agency securing the Charity/Not For Profit Award, and Consumer Relations Award.
The award wins come in the wake of WPR being declared the Midlands’ largest PR agency and the third fastest growing agency outside London by the Global Agency Business Report 2017.
WPR managing director Jane Ainsworth said: “Being named Large Consultancy of the Year is a fantastic achievement and a significant endorsement of all of the hard work that goes into ensuring we get the best results for our clients.
“In the space of just three years, we have added over £1million to our income, allowing us to create jobs and expand our offering. We’re extremely proud to be a part of the Birmingham business community and to be continually challenging London-based competitors with thought provoking campaigns that deliver tangible financial results for our clients.”
The PRCA Dare Awards strives to seek out and reward the very best PR and communications professionals across the UK.
The awards are judged by PR insiders from different regions across the UK.
