Cyril Leonard has acquired niche consultancy, Michael Richman Property Services (MRPS), as part of ongoing plans to expand its range of services to existing and prospective clients.
MRPS is a full service consultancy with a focus on property management and landlord and tenant work. Occupier clients include Yo! Sushi, Tortilla and Bodean’s, while the firm also has an extensive private client base, including Compagnie du Parc Ltd.
MRPS partner Michael Richman along with associate Rebecca Meadows, have now joined the Cyril Leonard team at Gilbert Street, W1 .

This deal follows a record breaking year in terms of turnover for Cyril Leonard in its 83 year history.
