SREIT have completed a 10 year lease with Crowthorne Hi-Tec Services Limited over two floors at Beech House, the space totals 4,235 sq ft.
Tom Newman investment manager at Schroder Real Estate Investment Management said: “We undertook a refurbishment of the vacant offices and common parts recently, installing new air conditioning and LED lighting. These works have helped us attract a new tenant in what remains a competitive office market. Crowthorne Hi-Tec Services has relocated from Farnborough to Fleet which is testament to Fleet’s continued attraction to businesses given the presence of a mainline train station and access to the M3.”
Beech House is now 80% occupied with 2,515 sq ft available on the ground floor and 966 sq ft available on the second floor.
