Acting on behalf of Solvgrin Ltd, CBRE’s Leeds Industrial Agency team and joint agent Gent Visick have secured a ten year lease to the UK’s leading car parts distributor, Euro Car Parts, on site 4A/5 Pontefract Lane in Cross Green Industrial Estate, Leeds. BTS Consultants acted for Euro Car Parts.
Solvgrin Ltd have constructed a brand new 20,700 sq ft high-specification warehouse for the renowned distributor, in a highly prominent location overlooking Pontefract Lane (A63), which connects directly to the East Leeds Link Road giving direct access to Junction 45 of the M1.
Solvgrin have also secured planning consent to construct a further 6,000 sq ft detached industrial unit adjacent to the Euro Car Parts site.
The latest deal is yet another welcome addition to the key industrial area of Leeds around J45 of the M1 which has recently seen rapid transformation with schemes such as Gateway45, Connex 45 and Kinetic45 making the area one of the most strategic industrial locations in the north.
Neighbouring occupiers to the established Cross Green Industrial Estate include Barkston Plastics, Tool Station, Yorkshire Produce Centre, Norbert Dentresseangle, William Cook Cast Products and Norish.
