A social enterprise organisation that helps children and young people recover from experiences of abuse, neglect, family breakdown and trauma has snapped up office space in Salisbury.
Five Rivers Children’s Services has taken part of the ground floor at Unit 1 on the London Road Office Park off London Road.
Property consultancy Myddelton & Major successfully negotiated a deal for the property for which the quoting leasehold rent was £23,000 per annum.
Myddelton & Major Partner Dean Speer said: “Five Rivers Children’s Services, formed in 1989, is a national, independent care provider of services to children and young people.
“The organisation’s work is involved in foster care, residential children’s homes, crisis intervention assessment and therapy and specialist schools.
“Already based in Salisbury at Bedwin Street, Five Rivers was looking to find additional premises and we were more than pleased to help such a vital service provider.”
The 1,776 sq ft (164.99 sq m) prestigious ground floor office suite at London Road Office Park is just a mile-and-a-half from the city centre and adjacent to a park and ride site.
The premises comprise a ground floor office suite forming part of a prestigious detached office building, occupied by Trethowans Solicitors.
The building benefits from use of Trethowans’ feature reception area and has shared kitchen and cloakroom facilities.
