TowerEight, the leading independent project and cost management consultancy, has appointed two senior managers to its project management and cost consultancy teams.
Syed Maqbool brings more than 20 years’ cost consultancy experience having joined from Royal HaskoningDHV UK where he was a Principal Quantity Surveyor and Thomas Peters who joins TowerEight as a cost manager having been at Future54.
Syed boasts an extensive track record of construction within Real Estate, Infrastructure, Airport, Retail, Leisure, Renewable Energy, Waste to Energy and Marine Industry. Thomas brings experience of residential, leisure and commercial sector projects in the UK and Europe during his time at JLL, Davis Langdon and Gardiner & Theobald.
They are two of six new recruits at TowerEight since the start of the year, as the business expands across sectors but also takes on more work across the UK.

Thomas re-joins the founders of TowerEight having worked with them previously at JLL and KHK.
TowerEight now has more than 85 team members across construction project management and cost consultancy, in just six years since its launch.
The new hires have been made in response to a series of new project wins and growth, adding further expertise to TowerEight’s project and cost management teams.
In addition to Thomas and Syed, Walter Nell, Ben Spashett and Adom Calliste have joined as a cost managers, and Dammi Jokogbola and Jasmeer Patti as project managers.
