The mergers & acquisitions (M&A) team at accountants and business advisers BDO in Southampton is celebrating after scooping three top awards at the 2017 Solent Deals Awards last Thursday.
The BDO team won the Mid-Range Deal of the Year Award for the China Tool Projects/CT Automotive Management Buy-out and the Large Deal of the Year award for Hendy Automotive’s acquisition of Lifestyle Group. A successful evening culminated in a well-deserved win for M&A managing director, Helen O’Kane, who was named Corporate Finance Adviser of the Year, sponsored by law firm Moore Blatch.
