A Swindon family-run heating and plumbing business established over 30 years ago is expanding into larger premises to enable it to fulfil its growing order book.
Barron Heating is moving from the Pembroke Centre on Cheney Manor Industrial Estate after agreeing terms with Cordatus Real Estate, advised by Alder King, on a modern industrial unit on Rivermead Business Park in Swindon.
Unit 104 provides the company with 1,170 sq ft of open plan space, complete with a substantial mezzanine at first floor level. Barron Heating, which was unrepresented, has taken the mid-terraced unit on a new 10 year lease.
James Gregory, partner at Alder King, said: “Barron Heating’s relocation to Rivermead offers the company upgraded quality space in a strong location enabling them to service their growing client base across the South West.”
Rivermead Business Park forms part of the well-established Rivermead employment area in West Swindon and offers easy access to the Great Western Way and motorway networks as well as the town centre. Other occupiers on the business park include Cooper Tires and Multivac as well as the Basepoint centre which is home to many small companies.
