A retail park in Milton Keynes is now fully let after leading chartered surveyors Kirkby Diamond signed up two tenants.
The consultancy was appointed to market the prominent Vizion scheme in the town and secured gym company The Fitness Space to occupy the 3,574 sq ft Unit F, South Row, which was formerly occupied by Snap Fitness.
It has also signed up a dentist practice for unit E, a 4,673 sq ft unit on Avebury Boulevard.
Nick Bosworth, surveyor in Kirkby Diamond’s office agency, said: “Thanks to our pro-active approach and expert local knowledge, we have attracted two new occupiers who will provide the community with local, independent businesses and much-needed facilities for residents.
“Our evidence demonstrates there is still demand from good, local operators that want to lease space in thriving large towns such as Milton Keynes.”
Vizion is anchored by Sainsbury’s supermarket and the majority of the occupiers are in the health and fitness sectors.
Kirkby Diamond is a full service firm of chartered surveyors and property consultants. The company, with offices in Milton Keynes, Luton and Bedford, works with local and national clients to offer a total solution to their surveying and commercial agency needs.
