Acting on behalf of landlords, JIB Services Ltd, Barker Storey Matthews has let an office suite in Terek House, Eaton Socon in St Neots, Cambridgeshire to Esaote Europe BV – an Italian manufacturer of high end MRI and ultrasound scanners used by private and public healthcare providers.
The Terek House suite is within the Sandpiper Court office development in Eaton Socon and will be Esaote Europe BV’s UK headquarters.
Commenting on the move to the new office, Stephen Kennedy, Esaote’s UK Country Manager, said, “In our property search, we were looking for premises in the South Cambridgeshire area to meet not only our space and specification requirements but also with good transport links.
“The unit at Sandpiper Court fitted this brief. We are looking forward to moving in later this summer (2017).”
Barker Storey Matthews Director, Richard Adam, who is based in the Huntingdon office, added, “We are pleased to announce another letting in St Neots following a number of other office deals completed in this part of Cambridgeshire earlier this year.
“Sandpiper Court is a popular development for occupiers given its proximity to the A1/A428 junction and the regional reach this gives occupiers.
“We are looking to announce further lettings in this location soon.”
