Existing occupier Allay Insurance have expanded their presence by taking an additional 5,727 sq ft in unit 6 and renewing their existing lease in 3,523 sq ft within unit 7, taking their total occupancy to 9,250 sq ft.
This follows on from recent lettings to construction, infrastructure and support services firm, Robertson, who have taken the whole of unit 3, comprising 4,177 sq ft, and Aero Metals Alliance in 1,640 sq ft of unit 4.
The Parks, situated at junction 23 of the M6, between Manchester and Liverpool comprises of 120,000 sq ft of office accommodation in 15 self-contained buildings. The new occupiers join commercial auctioneers, Pugh, specialist equipment hire provider, Speedy, Arrow Communications, Lorum Europe, Allay Insurance, Intrinsic Technology, Seneca Partners and two solicitors firms, Halsall and Woodward.
Richard Wharton, director at JLL, said: “The Parks benefits from a strategic location at the junction of the A580 East Lancs Road and the M6, mid-way between the two key north west commercial centres, with less than half an hour’s drive to both Manchester and Liverpool.
“There’s currently a healthy demand for out of town office accommodation in the North West, however supply remains relatively low. The recent deals are an example of the strong opportunities for landlords able to bring quality refurbished stock to market while the pace of development in the region picks up speed.”
Joint letting agents at The Parks are JLL and BE Group.
