National commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has announced two senior promotions in its Bristol office.
James Banks, who leads the South West lease advisory team, has been appointed to the position of Director. With more than ten years of experience in the property sector, James joined LSH from Cushman & Wakefield (DTZ) in 2015 and has since worked with a range of clients across the South West, including Urban Splash, The Crown Estate, Mayfair Capital, BNP Paribas and Boots.
Simon Redgers, who joined LSH in 2011 and runs the South West building consultancy division, has also been promoted to Director. A national LSH expert in dilapidations, Simon also specialises in technical due diligence acquisition surveys, with client experience including Babcock and Nationwide. Prior to LSH, Simon worked at Trident Building Consultancy in London and Bristol.
