Quinton Business Park has secured the largest office letting on the M5 corridor for 2017.
Birmingham independent commercial property agency KWB has let 10,053 sq ft in Building 7 Quinton Business Park, 7 Ridgeway, Birmingham, B32 1AF, to Lovell Construction on a new institutional length lease. Harris Lamb advised Lovell Construction.
Part of Morgan Sindall, Lovell Construction will use its office space at Quinton Business Park as its new Midlands regional office, replacing its accommodation at Woodgate Business Park, Woodgate Valley, Birmingham, which KWB will be bringing to the market.
At the same time, existing occupier Inrix has expanded into a further 7,038 sq ft of grade A office space at Building 4 Quinton Business Park, 7 Ridgeway, Birmingham, B32 1AF, on a new institutional length lease at £17.50psf.
Mark Robinson of KWB commented: “With its proximity to the M5 and easy access to the city centre, Quinton Business Park is one of Birmingham’s premier out of town business parks. The park is close to securing 100% occupancy, with only one suite of 2,917 sq ft in Building 4 now available.
Quinton Business Park offers high quality office space on an 18 acre office business park located adjacent to Junction 3 of the M5, approximately five miles to the west of Birmingham City Centre. The park is home to a range of leading corporate occupiers including Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC), Schoeller Allibert, Wates Construction, Genesys, Prater, QAD Software, VTG Rail, RPS Architects, Highways Agency and Serco.
