Quoting leasehold rent for the combined 5,925 sq ft single facility was £29,500 per annum on a 10-year lease.

Myddelton & Major Partner Dean Speer said: “Plumbstop, established in 1991 by founder Peter Fitzcharles in Cirencester, is an expanding business now with 19 branches across Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Dorset, Somerset, Devon and Cornwall.
“Plumbstop offer a full range of bathroom, plumbing and heating supplies. We welcome the business to this strategically-positioned unit for which there was strong interest.
“We are continuing to see an increasing demand for industrial and commercial premises across the region and this business park is proving able to offer the flexibility on scale and design so desired by many companies.”
