Knight Frank has announced a raft of promotions across its Edinburgh and Glasgow commercial property teams.
The independent real estate consultancy has appointed three new partners and four associates in its central belt operations, among 102 promotions across its UK commercial and residential businesses.
Edinburgh-based office agent, Simon Capaldi, who joined Knight Frank four years ago, has been promoted to partner, along with valuations specialist Katrina Douglas. In Glasgow, building consultant Alastair McCoan has also been made a partner after more than six years at the firm.
In the investment agency team, Edinburgh’s Kenneth Brewster and Glasgow-based Douglas Binnie have been promoted to associates. Lyndsay Clark from the property asset management practice and Jamie March in the building consultancy team have also been made associates, after around three years with the firm each.
Alasdair Steele, Head of Scotland Commercial at Knight Frank, said: “These promotions underline Knight Frank’s commitment to developing our talent – all of them have shown a real focus on getting the best results for our clients and making a difference through their advice and expertise. They all thoroughly deserve to take this next step in their careers.
“It’s also testament to the breadth and depth of our service offering, taking in four different practice areas across our Edinburgh and Glasgow teams. After moving offices in both cities last year, this continued investment in our people places us well to further our growth in Scotland’s central belt.”
