Robert Hitchins Ltd has welcomed new tenants kinex to its recently-refurbished, premium office building in the heart of Bristol.
Essential business services provider kinex has taken a five-year lease on 1,528 sq ft on the ground floor of the PS21 office complex in Prince Street.
Senior Development Manager for Robert Hitchins Ltd, Michael Plimmer, welcomed kinex which is headquartered in Manchester and has offices across the UK.
“We’re really pleased that all of the ground floor accommodation is now let so soon after the refurbishment and are delighted to secure our second letting to another national business looking to establish itself and grow in Bristol.”
A spokesperson for kinex said: “As a growing business services operator, the offices suit our business really well – they’re refurbished to a high spec and the position in the heart of Bristol along with the parking facilities are just what we need.”
The first tenants at PS21, former home to the TSB, were the national recruitment agency Blue Arrow.
The letting agent in Bristol is Knight Frank.
PS21 provides light, open office space complete with air conditioning, shower facilities, fitted kitchens, bike store and parking, and close to city amenities and is suitable for a wide range of occupiers.
The offices were the home of the TSB’s 300 finance, communications and HR staff until 2015.
The acquisition by Robert Hitchins Ltd was one of five in Bristol in the last year as the company expands its investment portfolio. The other four are Building 220 in Bristol Business Park let to Babcock; the regional HQ of Handelsbanken at Parkway, Stoke Gifford; and 2540 and 2520 Aztec West.
