Acting for a private property company, Primmer Olds BAS have acquired the freehold interest in a multi-tenanted mixed use retail parade located in Gosport, Hampshire.
The tenants included, Anytime Fitness, Rowans Hospice & Hampshire County Council. The investment was acquired due to its asset management potential & position next to Waitrose.
