Acting for Birmingham-based real estate asset management company Blue Marble Asset Management (Blue Marble), Jane Marshall, Associate Director at Altus Eileen Bilton, let Unit 2, Wellfield Business Park, Preston Brook, Runcorn, WA7 3FR to Wentworth House Rail Systems Ltd on a new five year lease, at quoting rent of £14.95psf.
Unit 2 is a 6,175 sq ft self-contained, two-storey office building, built in the 1990’s, which has been fully refurbished and has air conditioning, gas-fired central heating and on-site car parking. Wentworth House Rail Systems Ltd is moving from a nearby building to cater for its growth strategy in the area.
Blue Marble will continue to manage Unit 2 on behalf of one of its investor clients.
