Healthcare RM – a local company who specialise in Integrated Health Services for Corporate organisations – has taken approximately 9,300 sq ft on the first floor at Ashvale 2 near Tewkesbury following a deal brokered jointly by Bruton Knowles and John Ryde Commercial.
Due to move in to their new premises in June, the group delivers integrated health management support for major employers.
Robert Smith from Bruton Knowles’ Gloucester office said: “The building has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment and the first floor space comes with 35 parking spaces.”
Healthcare RM is an expanding business and re-locating from another location in the town. They have taken a 10-year lease.
Alan Gellatly, General Manager of Healthcare RM confirmed, “This move to Ashvale 2 will significantly assist with the growth of the company. We have recently secured a number of new high profile contracts and it was essential that we remained in Tewkesbury but also close to the motorway network. Ashvale 2 fitted the bill perfectly.”
Neighbouring occupiers include Moog, Travelodge, Trelleborg, Intamarque, UK Mail and Porsche.
Robert Smith concluded: “This recent letting leaves us with a further 8,400 sq ft of offices and an adjacent warehouse and office complex of 18,800 sq ft. He reports strong interest in these vacant buildings. The location benefits enormously from the excellent motorway access.”
