Legal & General (L&G) has let a 22,000 sq ft industrial unit to national metals and plastics distributor, Righton Limited (Righton), for its new Birmingham Service Centre and Export Hub.
Unit 11 Tamebridge Industrial Estate, Aldridge Road, Perry Bar, Birmingham, B42 2TX, has been let to Righton on a new ten year lease. Headquartered in Birmingham, Righton is the UK’s leading supplier of aluminium, stainless steel, high performance special alloys, industrial plastics and composites to industry. It has relocated its Birmingham Service Centre to Unit 11 from Holford.
David Wycherley, Managing Director of Righton, says: “When we were looking for a larger unit to expand our Birmingham Service Centre and export operation, our new unit at Tamebridge Industrial Estate stood out easily as the best option.”
Kenny Allan, Director of Industrial Agency at KWB, says: “Tamebridge Industrial Estate is a first class location for occupiers looking for warehouse or industrial space close both to Birmingham city centre and the national motorway network.”
