The Dominions Way Trading Estate off Newport Road in Cardiff is now fully let following the arrival of two new tenants there.
Property consultant Knight Frank advised landlord John Lewis Partnership Pensions Trust in the lettings – to Cardiff City Community Table Tennis Club, and GSE Tool Support. Bilfinger GVA are joint agents.
The table tennis club has taken a 10 year lease on the 5,900 sq ft Unit 4 at an annual rental rising to £29,070.
GSE Tool Support has taken a five year lease on the 4,910 sq ft Unit 10 at an annual rental of £24,500.
Grace Shackell, surveyor in the Industrial agency team at Knight Frank in Cardiff said: “A proactive approach by the landlord has helped us to secure these latest lettings, which means the trading estate is now fully let. Its superb location on the Newport Road makes it an ideal choice for a range of occupiers.”
Nathan Thomas, head coach of Cardiff City Community Table Tennis Club said: “We moved from smaller premises in Maindy Road and now have 16 tables for members and pay-to-play visitors to enjoy matches, fun games, league competitions and one-to-one coaching sessions.
“We are happy to welcome anyone of any age and any ability.”
The new premises will also enable the club to host British Premier League matches.
