The London team of leading property consultancy Naismiths has been bolstered with the arrival of senior project monitor Richard De Coster.
Richard joins the firm’s project monitoring team from Rex Proctor and Partners, where he was senior project manager. He played a key role in a number of multi-million pound retail and residential developments in London and beyond.
He has more than 20 years’ experience in the industry, having also worked for Ward Williams, Northcroft and EC Harris as senior surveyor and project manager.

I’m looking forward to working with my new colleagues on its many projects and developing my career further.”
