Harris Lamb has promoted a long-serving Associate to a Director in recognition for his part in developing the business’ successful Rating team.
The business, which celebrated its silver anniversary last week, has promoted Andrew Hulbert after 11 years with the company.
Richard Fantham said: “Since joining us in 2006 Andrew has worked very hard to establish our Rating service as a core offering.
“From what was not a particularly proactive service when he joined us, he has developed a complete range of Rating services, from the traditional income streams of appeal work through to empty property advice and rate payments services. He has also helped to build the department to become an eight-strong team operating from two locations.
“He has become an integral part of the Harris Lamb team and we look forward to continuing to grow the business with his ongoing support,” he added.
Andrew said: “I’m very proud of the way the Rating operation has expanded during my time with the business, and it’s fantastic to have that acknowledged by the Board.
“The company as a whole has more than doubled in size, having grown from 28 employees when I joined to more than 70 today, and what was a small add-on service to support existing clients has become an essential part of our offering.
“Having saved many six-figure sums on behalf of our clients, our track record speaks for itself and I’m looking forward to helping drive the department, and the business, forward in the coming years.”
