Scarborough International Properties Limited (SIPL), the UK and International Real Estate Developer and Investor, has appointed Paul Holcroft as Head of Commercial Leasing. In this role, he will have overall responsibility for leasing, new business and commercialisation for the Company’s Northern Powerhouse projects.
Based in Leeds, Paul has more than 10 years of experience in the real estate sector, having worked for PwC, DTZ and Hansteen. While at Hansteen, he spent four years as Regional Manager where he held sole responsibility for the management of a 3.5 million sq ft portfolio.
Prior to joining Scarborough, he was an Associate Director at Landwood Group where he headed up the Yorkshire and North East region, providing strategic asset management support and driving business revenue across the region.
Holcroft, who holds a Master’s degree in Property Appraisal and Management from Sheffield Hallam University, is a graduate in Business Information Technology from Northumbria University and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). Paul is also a RICS Registered Valuer.
