Malcolm Hollis LLP has promoted 31 people within its field and central operations teams, demonstrating its commitment to nurturing and retaining the industry’s best talent.
The promotions are testament to the firm’s commitment to creating opportunities for all its people and its ongoing success as the UK’s largest independent commercial building surveying firm, which now employs more than 300 people and has added a new service to its proposition – environmental services. The firm has also been included in the Best Places to Work in Property 2016 list.
Two of those who gained promotion joined Malcolm Hollis as graduates.
Simon Goodrick joined the firm as a graduate in 2001 and has specialised in dilapidations for over 10 years. Simon works with a variety of clients including institutional landlords, national retail operators and private property companies in relation to all aspects of dilapidations work across all sectors including industrial, retail and offices. As part of his promotion, Simon has also taken responsibility for the running of the Birmingham office, which now employs more than 20 people.
James Hodge joined the firm as a graduate in 2005 and now specialises in project management across all commercial sectors on commissions ranging between £30,000 to £20 million. His clients include AEW and Standard Life.
