The Bidwells Business Space Agency (BSA) it strengthening its team with the recent arrival of Rory Banks.
Rory joins the team as a graduate surveyor having previously spent time as a Site Finder for Stirling Ackroyd, a Sales & Lettings Negotiator for Russell Property, as well as holding a number of other posts since graduating from Newcastle University with BA Honours in Geography and Planning.
The Firm’s Business Space Agency advises investors, developers and landlords who are looking for premium opportunities across the Golden Triangle of London, Cambridge and Oxford as well as Milton Keynes and Norwich.
They handle instructions of all sizes, on both brand-new sites and long-established locations, and offer services including: acquiring business space, development appraisal and feasibility analysis, disposal advice and negotiation with purchasers, financial liability analysis and tenant targeting.
