Worcestershire commercial property consultancy GJS Dillon has completed the sale and leaseback of an Evesham office building.
Acting on behalf of management and leadership training company Active Learning and Development Ltd, Charlie Green, commercial negotiator at GJS Dillon, sold the freehold of Horizons House, Vine Street, Evesham, WR11 4RE, to a private investor for £215,000 and negotiated a five year lease back to Active Learning and Development Ltd at rent of £16,700 per annum.
Horizons House is a 1,797 sq ft, two storey self-contained office building in Evesham town centre.
Mrs Green says: “This is a good deal for our client as it frees up some capital for their business and a good deal for the private investor as it gives him an immediate occupier and yield on his investment.”
