New Forest District Council has granted reserved matters planning approval to extend the Sandleheath Industrial Estate, near Fordingbridge. The approval, obtained on behalf of private clients by Goadsby Planning & Environment, will add just less than 30,000 square feet of extra factory space to the estate.
Commenting on the proposed development, Goadsby Director of Planning Peter Atfield states: “The approval follows on from the outline consent that was granted late last year.
“Subject to dealing with the remaining planning conditions, the construction at the site can now be geared up for any improvements in the commercial development market as the economy improves. ”
